Thanks for this explanation. I usually have 1 cup in the afternoon and it does relax me but also makes me sleepy. I know it has caffeine in it but it never keeps me awake even if I drink a cup at night. No other google search explains what I'm feeling after drinking a cup of Oolong. I'm also taking high blood pressure meds which lowers adrenaline and cortisol so, I'm going to assume this is why I et so sleepy after 1 cup. I really appreciate you're explaining this because NO one else has done so.
